Garni Haus Tyrol is located in a calm and strategic position, only a five minutes’ walk from the center of Corvara. The B&B is the perfect starting point for hiking and winter sports enthusiasts and those who enjoy riding their bikes in the mountains. During the cold months, snowy slopes offer numerous opportunities for skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and more in Val Badia. Thanks to the strategic position, the lifts and cable cars of the Sellaronda and cross-country ski trails are only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a shuttle service that will take you to your favorite ski area. During the warmer months, mountain activities such as biking, hiking, golf, and tennis are popular. Our guests appreciate the relaxing atmosphere in our wonderful garden, the homey ambiance inside the B&B and the comfortable rooms, the pure mountain air, and the breathtaking view of the Dolomites.

Whether you're looking for an active or relaxing vacation, our small bed and breakfast is the place to be. Here you can plan your vacation just the way you want and according to your own schedule. In a few minutes, you will reach your favorite ski resort and in summer you can go on an excursion, take a bike tour, or lay on our sun lounger in our big garden enjoying the beautiful panorama of the Sassongher. As a “bike friendly” accommodation you can let your bike in our locked bike storage, clean it, or repair it. Winter enthusiasts can use our comfortable ski room and there is also a ski bus that takes you directly from Haus Tyrol to the main ski lifts in Corvara. Our little guests can play in our spacious garden experiencing nature.
Of course, a great vacation includes good food. Restaurants and pizzerias serving traditional South Tyrolean, Italian and Ladin dishes are only a 5-minute walk away.

Here, in the heart of the Dolomites, everyone will find the right bike tour. A real cycling highlight is the famous Sellaronda. You can start this tour directly from our hotel: just get on your bike and set off. Many other tours and trails start easily and then get more and more challenging. Another popular mountain bike tour leads to the Pisciadù waterfalls. Therefore, you can start from the valley station of the Piz Boè cable car, just 5 minutes by bike from our bike-friendly accommodation.

A popular destination for our hiking enthusiasts is a circular hiking trail that starts directly from our accommodation and leads to Col Pradat. From Pescosta, follow the wide hiking trail 4A, and after 5 kilometers, you’ll reach the Col Pradat hut in an hour and a half. Those who prefer a shorter hike, can stop at the Edelweisshütte or take the cable car up. From the top, there is a unique view of the valley and the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Dolomites.

Sella Ronda and First World War Ski Tour

Our Garni Haus Tyrol is in a strategic position near the valley station Boè, which is the perfect starting point for a ski circuit around the Sella group. The route passes through Alta Badia, Arabba, the Pordoi Pass, the Sella Pass, and the Gardena Pass, and takes around 6 hours. Another very challenging ski circuit, stretching over 80 km from Corvara, is the 6–8-hour First World War Ski Tour, which runs from Lagazuoi to Armentarola and from Punta Rocca across the Marmolada glacier to Malga Ciapela. Unique descents and priceless views are guaranteed.

Alta Badia offers plenty of activities for families as well. You can race down the Tru Liösa Foram toboggan run to St. Cassian or take a walk along the Rit natural toboggan trail in Wengen finishing off with a thrilling sled ride. In just half an hour, you can reach the Movimënt Snowpark, where both young and old snowboarding enthusiasts can carve down the slopes and practice impressive jumps. The ski and snowboard schools in and around Corvara also offer the chance to learn new skills or perfect the existing ones.

Good to know

The amount of the tourist tax is 2.30 € per person a day (excluding guests under 14 years).

Your rooms are available for check-in by 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and you should leave your room by 10 a.m.on the day of departure.

The reservation is only binding once the agreed deposit has been received.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 29 to 15 days before arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged,
within 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged, and for
cancellations within 6 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

We love animals, but they are not allowed at our accommodation.
